As Managing Partner, Jessica provides strategic direction to the firm, oversees daily operations and employee development, and works with clients across various service lines. Her goal is to purposefully guide operations and employees to fulfill the firm’s objective of “Achieving exceptional results by engaging and empowering our people, our clients and our community.” She began her career at Sassetti in 2004 after graduating from college and worked her way up to partner. Today, she is the managing partner of the firm. She has worked in all areas of the firm but is currently focused on closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, providing compliance and advisory services on a range of issues that impact them. She also works closely with the Client Accounting and Advisory Services group, which provides accounting, CFO and technology solutions to a broad range of clients.
