A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2016, Sam is a nationally recognized QuickBooks Online educator, teaching accounting professionals and small business owners across the country through seminars, workshops, and industry events. As founder of PBS Accounting and Tax Solutions and Simplified Accounting Management, Inc., Sam bring years of hands-on experience building firms, advising clients, and developing practical financial education for business owners.

Alberto Guzman is the Managing Partner of AbitOs, PLLC based out of Coral Gables in Miami, Florida.

With over twenty years of experience with local and international firms, Alberto has extensive knowledge of financial and tax strategies for foreign investments into the U.S., cross-border business operations, and international, federal, and state taxation.

Alberto’s unique professional experience includes serving Latin American, Asian, and European companies. Before Avalara, Marianne was at CPA.com, where she co-developed and co-facilitated the “Compliance & Advisory: Roadmap to Your Sales and Use Tax Practice Model” workshop, educating accounting firms on the changing sales & use tax landscape, the emerging business opportunity, and how to build a successful practice.

Marianne has been a featured speaker at many thought leadership events and industry conferences where she shares her passion and extensive knowledge of client advisory services (CAS) and sales and use tax with the profession.

Jeremy Dubow is Prosperity Partners’ Chief Executive Officer. He manages the company and is responsible for its strategic direction, growth initiatives and talent development. He began his career at Arthur Andersen before co-founding Prosperity in 2003.

As a tax expert, he provides sophisticated tax planning and consulting services to technology entrepreneurs and their enterprises, high net worth individuals and family offices. Jeremy also co-leads Prosperity’s mergers and acquisitions practice, advising business owners throughout the sales process.

Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the IL CPA Society and AICPA on a variety of tax technical topics and is actively involved in the ILCPAS tax committees. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and playing pickleball; he is also Prosperity’s premier table tennis player.

Jerilyn Keit Dressler, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. She began her career with EY, where she spent 8 years (lastly as a senior manager) auditing public companies in the media, technology, homebuilding, and advertising industries. She joined Your Part-Time Controller, LLC in 2008 serving nonprofit clients in Philadelphia as their Controller/CFO, until 2020 when she moved into a business development role. She is now the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing client relationships, and enhancing the firm’s market presence nationally. A native of Queens, NY, Jerilyn has lived in Philadelphia since 2004, where she resides with her husband and son. She is active in her community, having co-founded and formerly chaired the board of the Friends of Bache-Martin, which brings resources to her Philadelphia neighborhood K-8 public school. She is also the board Treasurer of the internationally acclaimed dance company, Philadanco. In her free time, Jerilyn enjoys music, playing the drums, and traveling. Jerilyn attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Economics and minored in Spanish. She is a CPA, and a CFE (inactive), and is a member of the AICPA, the PICPA, and the ACFE. Jerilyn is also on the finance committee for the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Jennifer Devine is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience in the accounting and accounting software industry. She founded Devine Consulting in 2011, merging her expertise in accounting with her passion for software. A graduate of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1996 and obtained her CPA license in 2000.

With a diverse background that includes serving as the Controller for a prominent international commercial real estate firm, Jennifer is known for her innovative approach to accounting. Notably, she has leveraged her in-depth understanding of software to streamline multi-currency reporting systems, resulting in significant cost savings for her clients.

John Delalio is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Outsource Accounting group which provides outsourced accounting, finance, HR, and IT solutions to small businesses, startups, and family offices. He specifically focuses on Client Advisory Services (CAS), Fractional CFO, and FP&A services. The group utilizes cloud-based application technology to provide these services to clients across the United States and around the world in a highly efficient and cost-effective way. John is also a member of the firm’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Services group.

John has over 25 years of experience providing outsourcing services that meet the specific needs of his clients. With an engineering mindset, he is able to utilize his background in finance, accounting, information technology, and operations, to create internet-based services, which allow companies to grow and operate, quickly and profitably. John has held senior leadership positions in multiple industries, including IT services, health care, financial services, manufacturing, and accounting. He is adept at understanding how to mine important data out of information systems and presenting that data in a meaningful and actionable way. Essentially, John knows how to create the “gauges and dials” required so that businesses are able to operate efficiently and effectively.
