Lisa Myers, CPA, CFE, MAFF, CGMA, is Managing Partner of Boyer & Ritter, a regional CPA and advisory firm headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She provides strategic direction for the firm and works closely with leaders across service lines to support sustainable growth, strengthen operations and position the firm for the future.

Lisa joined Boyer & Ritter in 1989 and has served in a range of leadership roles throughout her tenure. In 1997, she became the firm’s first female principal, a milestone that reflected both her technical leadership and her growing influence within the organization. She later served as Chief Operating Officer, where she helped advance operational efficiency, performance measurement and strategic investment before becoming Managing Partner in 2024.

As Managing Partner, Lisa leads the firm’s ongoing modernization efforts, including focused investments in technology, process improvement, operational discipline and talent development.
