Edward Davis

Edward Davis is a Senior Partner with PP&Co. Ed joined the firm in 1985 as a staff accountant, immediately following his graduation from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He became a Partner at PP&Co in 1997, and served as Managing Partner from 2018 through 2023. As a senior partner, Ed is responsible for providing tax and business consulting for closely held businesses, their owners and families, and foreign businesses entering the US market, as well as audit and accounting services. He is an active member of the Firm’s International Tax, Construction, and Real Estate practice groups and holds both Life Insurance and Securities licenses (Series 66 and 7). Ed has long been an active member of PrimeGlobal, one of the largest associations of independent accounting firms in the world. He has served on multiple committees and boards, having been named Chairman of first the PrimeGlobal North American Board and, subsequently, Chairman of the World Board. As part of his duties and travels, Ed has developed business and personal relationships with members from around the world.
