Lisa Myers

Lisa Myers, CPA, CFE, MAFF, CGMA, is Managing Partner of Boyer & Ritter, a regional CPA and advisory firm headquartered in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She provides strategic direction for the firm and works closely with leaders across service lines to support sustainable growth, strengthen operations and position the firm for the future.

Lisa joined Boyer & Ritter in 1989 and has served in a range of leadership roles throughout her tenure. In 1997, she became the firm's first female principal, a milestone that reflected both her technical leadership and her growing influence within the organization. She later served as Chief Operating Officer, where she helped advance operational efficiency, performance measurement and strategic investment before becoming Managing Partner in 2024.

As Managing Partner, Lisa leads the firm's ongoing modernization efforts, including focused investments in technology, process improvement, operational discipline and talent development. Her leadership is rooted in a long-term view of how firms must adapt as client expectations, workforce needs and technology continue to evolve.

Earlier in her career, Lisa led Boyer & Ritter's Public Sector Services practice for more than 15 years and developed significant experience in forensic accounting and investigations. That background continues to inform her practical approach to risk, governance, accountability and firm stewardship.

Lisa was named a 2025 AICPA & CIMA Global Women to Watch, Experienced Leaders nominee, recognizing her leadership, mentorship and contributions to the profession. She also has earned national recognition from Forbes for her work in public accounting and firm leadership.

Lisa's leadership reflects a practical, data-informed approach to growth, with an emphasis on aligning strategy, operations, technology and talent around long-term firm performance.
