Alberto Guzman is the Managing Partner of AbitOs, PLLC based out of Coral Gables in Miami, Florida.

With over twenty years of experience with local and international firms, Alberto has extensive knowledge of financial and tax strategies for foreign investments into the U.S., cross-border business operations, and international, federal, and state taxation.

Alberto’s unique professional experience includes serving Latin American, Asian, and European companies. He is as highly respected for his expertise in international tax matters as he is with domestic tax situations and often advises domestic and foreign-based businesses and investors on their out-bound and in-bound ventures, with a particular focus on complying with, while at the same time, minimizing U.S. tax obligations.

Destiny leads AAFCPAs’ Commercial Division of the firm’s growing Outsourced Accounting & Fractional CFO (OAFC) practice providing “right-size” outsourced accounting and fractional CFO services, designed to optimize the effectiveness of the modern finance function. A service-driven leader, she manages the firm’s commercial team of fractional CFOs, controllers, and transactional accountants who collectively deliver accounting and advisory support to companies in diverse industries nationally. She leverages the resources of AAFCPAs’ 350+ employee firm to provide specialized resources as needed to help clients thrive.

Prior to joining AAFCPAs, Destiny gained more than a decade of experience in regional and national public accounting, advising privately held business owners, leaders, and investors. Coupling a deep understanding of financial reporting from her CPA auditing and technical accounting background, with analytical prowess and proven leadership expertise, Destiny brings a holistic and strategic perspective to her clients. She provides best practice recommendations on operational and internal control systems and processes to help clients mitigate fraud risks and gain operational efficiencies. She has a deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial reporting as well as the ability to identify and assess risks. She is well-versed in financial reporting regulations and skilled at proactively communicating implications to various audiences. When examining financial details, she considers clients’ broader operational context to assist in strategizing for the future. As a department head, Destiny is recognized for her expertise in departmental operations coupled with her compassionate leadership style.

Through continuous learning, Destiny keeps her finger on the pulse of regulatory changes and new accounting standards. She serves as an invaluable resource to her team and clients in an ever-changing business environment. Her technical accounting background includes advising clients on complex business transactions, internal control policies and procedures, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and investor relationships, international accounting of foreign subsidiaries, revenue recognition, and complex inventory accounting.

As Chief Practice Partner, Kelly drives Wipfli’s practice vision, strategy, and execution by focusing on innovation and transformation. She oversees Wipfli’s consulting, audit and tax practices, and her team focuses on aligning services with industry and market needs, ensuring quality and increasing client satisfaction. She leads Wipfli’s AI strategy, focusing on leveraging technology to drive exponential value to clients.

Prior to her current role, Kelly served as a strategic advisor to a range of companies. Her diverse business experiences have allowed her to advise clients on a wide range of strategic matters such as governance and strategic planning, within a variety of industries including technology, professional services, manufacturing and distribution, and multinational companies.

Kelly has built a strong record of helping bring transformational ideas to her clients and has extensive experience implementing new technologies.

Marianne oversees the Avalara for Accountants Partner Program, delivering partner 1st experiences by driving strategy and execution as the Senior Operations and Strategy Leader for the Accountant Channel.
She brings 15 years of experience and knowledge working with the tax & accounting profession specializing in client advisory services (CAS) and sales and use tax, guiding and consulting with firms as they embrace technology, evaluate internal processes, and expand service lines.

Before Avalara, Marianne was at CPA.com, where she co-developed and co-facilitated the “Compliance & Advisory: Roadmap to Your Sales and Use Tax Practice Model” workshop, educating accounting firms on the changing sales & use tax landscape, the emerging business opportunity, and how to build a successful practice.

Marianne has been a featured speaker at many thought leadership events and industry conferences where she shares her passion and extensive knowledge of client advisory services (CAS) and sales and use tax with the profession.

Jeremy Dubow is Prosperity Partners’ Chief Executive Officer. He manages the company and is responsible for its strategic direction, growth initiatives and talent development. He began his career at Arthur Andersen before co-founding Prosperity in 2003.

As a tax expert, he provides sophisticated tax planning and consulting services to technology entrepreneurs and their enterprises, high net worth individuals and family offices. Jeremy also co-leads Prosperity’s mergers and acquisitions practice, advising business owners throughout the sales process.

Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the IL CPA Society and AICPA on a variety of tax technical topics and is actively involved in the ILCPAS tax committees. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and playing pickleball; he is also Prosperity’s premier table tennis player.

Jerilyn Keit Dressler, CPA, has over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry. She began her career with EY, where she spent 8 years (lastly as a senior manager) auditing public companies in the media, technology, homebuilding, and advertising industries. She joined Your Part-Time Controller, LLC in 2008 serving nonprofit clients in Philadelphia as their Controller/CFO, until 2020 when she moved into a business development role. She is now the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing existing client relationships, and enhancing the firm’s market presence nationally. A native of Queens, NY, Jerilyn has lived in Philadelphia since 2004, where she resides with her husband and son. She is active in her community, having co-founded and formerly chaired the board of the Friends of Bache-Martin, which brings resources to her Philadelphia neighborhood K-8 public school. She is also the board Treasurer of the internationally acclaimed dance company, Philadanco. In her free time, Jerilyn enjoys music, playing the drums, and traveling. Jerilyn attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Economics and minored in Spanish. She is a CPA, and a CFE (inactive), and is a member of the AICPA, the PICPA, and the ACFE. Jerilyn is also on the finance committee for the Association for Accounting Marketing.

Jennifer Devine is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience in the accounting and accounting software industry. She founded Devine Consulting in 2011, merging her expertise in accounting with her passion for software. A graduate of the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1996 and obtained her CPA license in 2000.

With a diverse background that includes serving as the Controller for a prominent international commercial real estate firm, Jennifer is known for her innovative approach to accounting. Notably, she has leveraged her in-depth understanding of software to streamline multi-currency reporting systems, resulting in significant cost savings for her clients.

Jennifer is dedicated to providing personalized customer service and has been recognized for her contributions with numerous accolades, including the Aggie 100. Her commitment to breaking the typical accountant stereotype and embracing new strategies to deliver added value to her clients is a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering dedication to her craft.

John Delalio is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Outsource Accounting group which provides outsourced accounting, finance, HR, and IT solutions to small businesses, startups, and family offices. He specifically focuses on Client Advisory Services (CAS), Fractional CFO, and FP&A services. The group utilizes cloud-based application technology to provide these services to clients across the United States and around the world in a highly efficient and cost-effective way. John is also a member of the firm’s Blockchain & Digital Asset Services group.

John has over 25 years of experience providing outsourcing services that meet the specific needs of his clients. With an engineering mindset, he is able to utilize his background in finance, accounting, information technology, and operations, to create internet-based services, which allow companies to grow and operate, quickly and profitably. John has held senior leadership positions in multiple industries, including IT services, health care, financial services, manufacturing, and accounting. He is adept at understanding how to mine important data out of information systems and presenting that data in a meaningful and actionable way. Essentially, John knows how to create the “gauges and dials” required so that businesses are able to operate efficiently and effectively.

Edward Davis is a Senior Partner with PP&Co. Ed joined the firm in 1985 as a staff accountant, immediately following his graduation from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He became a Partner at PP&Co in 1997, and served as Managing Partner from 2018 through 2023.

As a senior partner, Ed is responsible for providing tax and business consulting for closely held businesses, their owners and families, and foreign businesses entering the US market, as well as audit and accounting services. He is an active member of the Firm’s International Tax, Construction, and Real Estate practice groups and holds both Life Insurance and Securities licenses (Series 66 and 7).

Ed has long been an active member of PrimeGlobal, one of the largest associations of independent accounting firms in the world. He has served on multiple committees and boards, having been named Chairman of first the PrimeGlobal North American Board and, subsequently, Chairman of the World Board. As part of his duties and travels, Ed has developed business and personal relationships with members from around the world.
