What We Are Looking For

Building a successful accounting firm requires more than technical proficiency — it demands a clear growth strategy, disciplined operational infrastructure, strong leadership, and a scalable service model. It requires a blueprint for growth.

We are looking for speakers who can lead interactive sessions or participate in panel discussions that share proven strategies, operational lessons, and practical frameworks firms can immediately apply to accelerate growth.

Our audience consists of growth-minded firm leaders. Sessions must be instructional, experience-based, and focused on tangible outcomes — not theory. All sessions are 50 minutes in length to qualify for CPE. Formats include keynotes, panels, case studies, and facilitated roundtables.

Speaker participation is curated and determined at the discretion of the program development team.

We are particularly interested in subject matter expertise in the following areas:

  • Developing a scalable and executable growth strategy
  • Finding and defining the right client base
  • Designing high-value service offerings aligned to client needs
  • Building a flexible, scalable technology stack
  • Establishing the internal infrastructure required to support growth
  • Creating capacity through staffing strategy, automation, and outsourcing

If you have demonstrable experience leading growth within an accounting firm and can provide practical insight backed by real-world application, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

Please note, there are very few solo speaking opportunities; the majority are as panelists.
